Cancellation Policy
We understand that things come up and schedules change. Out of respect for our team and other guests, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
When an appointment is canceled last-minute or missed, your stylist loses income for that time — they only get paid when they’re working with a guest in their chair. By letting us know in advance, you give your stylist the opportunity to rebook that time with someone else who may be waiting for an appointment.
•Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
•No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
We appreciate your understanding and support in helping us protect our stylists’ time and livelihoods while keeping our schedule open for all of our guests.
